Alicia Silverstone Chews Son?s Food & Spits It Into His Mouth (Video)

Today Alicia Silverstone shared with her fans just how she feeds her son. Wondering why that is a big deal or even something to share? Well because she chews his food in her mouth then spits it into his mouth, just like a bird and I have the video to prove it. On her blog The Kind Life Alicia decided to enlighten all viewers on her bird technique of feeding her son Bear, yes that is his name and that is how she feeds him. The actress posted a video, which she said was a couple months old so the little guy is a little wobbly, of her literally chewing food and spiting it into the kids mouth. She later explains that now that Bear Blu is older he will lunge for her mouth for food. You can check out the video below but I must warn you my stomach so could not handle it.
